The approach of personal disciple-making to help fulfill the great commission is presented at a conceptual level. By examining the experiences of twelve individuals from three countries, facilitative factors of disciple-making were identified. At a practice level, each facilitative factor showed a distinct and vivid aspect of disciple-making, especially during personal moments and real-life living situation.
