In attending to the pluralist challenge, Ogden moves in cisively through the argument for pluralism as well as the more traditional answer of Christian monism in both of its forms-exclusivism and inclusivism. Finding all three posi tions lacking, he develops a "fourth option" as "the relatively more adequate option open to us."
