Rev. Professor John Duncan, 'Rabbi' Duncan as he VB affectionately known, was one of the intellectual and spiritual giants of last century. The record of his life, therefore, as one would expect, is of the greatest interest to those who value Reformed teaching, for it was to this teaching that 'Rabbi' Duncan was wholly committed. The book forms a suitable companion volume to the recently published volume of some of his writings, Rich Gleanings from Rabbi Duncan, and it is valuable on many counts.
