<note>This is a study guide to the Minor Prophets. After a general Introduction the author works through each book in turn, following each lesson with rele-vant questions.

These lessons are built on the assumption that the prophets had a message relevant to the moral and religious situation of their day and ours. Times have changed but the basic issues of life today are much like those of the days of the prophets.

Jack P. Lewis is Professor of Bible at Harding Col-lege Graduate School of Religion, Memphis, Ten-nessee. Among schools attended are: Abilene Christian College, Sam Houston State Teacher's College, Harvard Divinity School, Harvard Univer-sity (Ph.D.), and Hebrew Union College (Ph.D.). H served several churches before assuming his pres ent position, and has contributed numerous article to religious journals and periodicals.</note>
