What are the religious issues confronting youth? What is their religious behavior or practice? What are the crises they face, and how is the church preparing youth for them? Do the beliefs of adolescents serve their personal needs? Do their beliefs and behavior reflect parental teachings? What difference does the church environment make? Is there a best age for confirmation or decision making? This in depth study by Dr. Stewart takes important steps toward bringing knowledge and awareness into focus. Using existing records at the Menninger Foundation, he was able to concentrate on studying religious aspects of his subjects while at the same time having available records of other phases of their lives. His findings point directions and suggest avenues for further study
