The world convocation on Justice, Peace and the Integrity of Creation, scheduled to meet in Seoul, Republic of Korea, in March 1990, will mark "an important stage on the road towards common and binding pronouncements and ac- tions on the urgent questions of the survival of humankind". The process of study, dialogue and action will not end with the convocation, but will receive new impetus and gather greater momentum from it. This book is meant as a contribution to that ongoing process.
