Frank H. Crumpler is currently direc- tor of evangelism planning and asso- ciation services in the Department of Evangelism Development of the South- ern Baptist Home Mission Board, Atlanta, Georgia. Before coming to the Home Mission Board in 1976 he served. three years as secretary of evangelism for the Baptist General Association of Virginia. Earlier, he was pastor of churches in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Crumpler is a graduate of Wake Forest University (Winston-Salem, North Carolina), Southeastern Theological Seminary (Wake Forest, North Carolina), and Union Theological Seminary (Rich- mond, Virginia), where he earned the doctor of ministry de- gree in 1974. He and his wife, Glenda, have three children.</note>
