Rev. Neville Callam, Editor, is Pastor of the Tarrant/Balmagie Circuit of Baptist Churches. A graduate of the United Theological College of the West Indies (UTCWI), the University of the West Indies and Harvard Divinity School, Mr. Callam also lectures in Christian Ethics at UTCWI.
