Hinduism has yoga as its pathway into deeper experience, or "enlightenment." Buddhism has zen, or Vipassana. Is there a corresponding path within the Christian tradition?

Indeed there is! Christianity has always had its own enlightened persons, known as "mystics." Unfor-tunately, none of them has left us as clear a pathway into deeper experience as is available within other world religions.
