<note>Deep, meaningful relationships require quality time. There are simply no shortcuts!

Mutual upbuilding which results in spiritual maturity is spoken of in the New Testament in terms of the Greek word, allelon, most frequently translated "one another". The "one another" injunctions tell us of God's idea of a healthy body lifestyle. As members of the body of Christ, this is how we are to relate to "one

another". Relationship is the all-important factor. Every "one another" command is for the purpose of building stronger relationships with each other through our oneness in Christ

The lifestyle we choose, then, is a matter of priorities. We either allow the feverish activity of our jet age to dictate our time schedule or we value God's intent for His body and arrange our lives accordingly. We cannot have it both ways.</note>
