He has written more than ten books on spirituality, conflict and management, including the coauthored work Marketing for Congregations He has previously pastored United Methodist churches in North Dakota and indiana.
ROGER HEUSER Is Director for Graduate Studies and Associate Professor of Church Leadership at Southern California College in Costa Mesa, California. He earned his Ph.D. from New York University and is a consultant and trainer In church organizations. He previously pastored Assemblies of God churches in Illinois.

De Jesus, ordained in the American Baptist Church, is Associate Pastor at My Friend's House in Whittier, California, He is a Ph.D. candidate at Claremont Graduate School and earned M.Div. degree at Fuller Theological Seminary. He serves on the board of the Hispanic Association for Bilingual and Bicultural Ministry.
