This book is very helpful in making us look at the different forms ministry can take. Refreshingly (though in some ways frustratingly), it only took a brief look at traditional pulpit/pastoral ministry. Other forms got a lot of attention. I liked the part where they outlined what a day or week might look like for people in different positions.
