Cities are the modern frontiers of Christian missions. As the cities go, our world goes-intellectually, politically, economically, morally, and religiously. Cities over the world must be given top priority in terms of strategy and the assign-ment of resources. In Guidelines for Urban Church Plant-ing, concrete illustrations in the form of urban "models" are drawn from Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Each of the mod-els contains insights that are transferable to mission pro-grams in other parts of the world.
