From stacks of research data, taped interviews, personality profiles of pastors, tests to uncover the theological stance of pastors, and factor analysis from the computers of a major university, nineteen key growth principles emerged. These nineteen principles resemble those consistent similarities found by walking into fast-food restaurants of the same chain throughout the country.
