J. Carter Swaim.

"J. Carter Swaim's total career-student, pastor, teacher, biblical scholar-has prepared him to bring the focus of Scripture on the most critical issue of the day-War and Peace."

Clinton M. Marsh, President, Knoxville College

"At a time when the world is looking desperately for peace, kindness, and holiness on our beautiful, God-given planet, the book by J. Carter Swaim will help many Christians find a proper stand on the issues of violence, war, and armaments."

Robert Muller, author of Most of All, They Taught Me Happiness, Secretary of the U.N. Economic and Social Council

"I have been charmed, informed, and inspired by War, Peace, and the Bi ble. There is an exciting display of understanding and ability to relate to real life. The writings are a harvest of information for the person who wishes to be informed, whether lay, priest-pastor, or scholar.

Harry Brunger, International Division, YMCA
