Dr. Clark Pinnock, Canadian theologian and apologist as well as a contributing editor to Christianity Today and author of numerous books, presents here a cry from his heart for spiritual reformation and renewal in the Christian Church. He challenges the Church with three concerns:

We must return to biblical and evangelical truth and be willing to take some costly stands on the behalf of God's Word in an age of serious doctrinal declension.

We must cast off spiritual lethargy and experience the radical work of God's Spirit in individual lives and local congregations.

We must stop playing at our mission as the Church and take seriously the biblical mandate to be the salt and light of the world.
